Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) – Saturday, August 1
- The group will meet in the hotel lobby at 1:00 p.m. before heading to the Museum of Modern Art.
- Tickets are $30 and should be purchased online as soon as possible for the 1:00 p.m. entry time.
- If you need transportation, you will be responsible for your own transportation costs.
Dinner Groups – Sunday, August 2
- Three restaurant options are available.
- Participants will meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00 p.m. Look for the Region III sign to find your group.
- Region III will make the restaurant reservations, but attendees are responsible for their own transportation and meal expenses.
- Reservations will be under the name Ford Simmons.
Please review the available options and sign up at your earliest convenience, as space is limited.
Join Region III in the Pink City at Monday Night’s Block Party!
Get ready for one of the most exciting events of the Annual Meeting—the Monday Night Block Party, happening from 7:00–10:00 p.m.!
This year, each region will compete in a Broadway-themed costume competition, and Region III is putting our own spin on Wicked. Instead of the Emerald City, we’re creating the Pink City—and we need your help to make it unforgettable!
Here’s how you can participate:
- 💗 Wear PINK—the brighter, the better!
- 🎉 Join your fellow Region III members at the Block Party.
- 🌟 Bring your Region III spirit and enthusiasm!
The winning region will earn bragging rights, a trophy, and one complimentary registration to AM69. With everyone’s participation, we have a great chance to bring the trophy home!
Whether you go all out with a pink-inspired costume or simply wear your favorite pink outfit, we’d love to see as many Region III members as possible showing their pride and helping us turn the Block Party into the Pink City.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you and make Monday night one to remember!
