Welcome to NCURA Region III

Region III of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) serves the members of NCURA who work or live in the Southeast Region of the United States and Puerto Rico. It advances the field of research administration through professional development, through the sharing of knowledge, and by fostering a sense of community in the region. The region is known for its geographical diversity including beautiful sandy beaches to majestic mountains and is appropriately represented by our mascot, the Flamingo.

Region III is already excitedly preparing for our return to beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida, for our 2012 Spring Meeting. Exit airport and turn Right onto Hwy 388, Take to Hwy 79 South and turn left onto Hwy 79S, go over bridge to US98/Panama City Beaches Parkway. Take Left onto US98 and follow straight. This is Back Beach Road / 98E. Follow for 18 miles. Exit slight Right towards Thomas Drive. Go to fourth traffic light and turn Left onto Magnolia Beach Road. Follow Golf course around bend and turn Right onto Jan Cooley and follow signs for the main entrance of the resort.
